AAAS 2023 “Science for Humanity"

The 2023 AAAS Annual Meeting will convene in Washington, D.C. and online, from 2nd to 5th March.
BW_i will present THE LÄND in the exhibition and in the workshop „Baden-Württemberg THE LÄND: Key Players, Models and Tools for Solving Complex Problems and Developing a Sustainable Future“ on the 3rd of March. Aiming at building bridges and enhancing international collaboration this workshop will present the landscape of research and innovation in Baden-Württemberg. Speakers invited from The Karlsruhe Transformation Center for Sustainability and Cultural Change (KAT) and the German Center for Research and Innovation New York (DWIH N.Y.) will showcase key players, models and tools for innovation and sustainability. A special focus will be given to the „Reallabor“-Concept in Baden-Württemberg and its contribution to the transformation of society.
